Organize and coordinate the release of equipment and tools as needed. Work with the shop to manage material distribution.
Regularly assess timelines for project completion, building aesthetics, functionality, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with Foremen and contractors to manage scheduling and designate employee tasks. Act as the primary point of contact for each job walk-through, opening layout, and addressing any inquiries or concerns from involved parties.
Comply with OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as needed.
Supervise and monitor employee techniques and practices at each location to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
