  • Track usage, satisfaction, adoption trends, and business value of AI features using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify workflow inefficiencies, knowledge gaps, or opportunities for AI augmentation.
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Innovation teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver AI initiatives.
