A minimum of two (2) years of managing project design teams
Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, business development excursions, on-site inspections/visits, occasional overnight travel may be required
A minimum of six (6) years design experience
Extensive design experience in Microstation/GeoPak/ORD (Open Roads Designer)
Previous experience with a Civil Engineering Consulting firm doing design or project management
Strong ability to work in a team environment
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota
Experience in highway design and construction of MNDOT projects
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
