The MEP Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for MEP works, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines. The role involves coordination with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to track progress, analyze delays, and provide accurate forecasting for project completion.

Develop, update, and maintain detailed MEP project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Support project managers in preparing recovery programs and extension-of-time (EOT) claims.
Integrate MEP schedules with main contractor and civil schedules.
Conduct site visits and progress verification to ensure planned vs. actual alignment.
Coordinate with the project team to define project milestones, activity sequencing, and resource allocation.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and manpower histograms.
Monitor site progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company planning procedures and reporting standards.
Review subcontractor and supplier schedules to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
Liaise with design, procurement, and execution teams for schedule updates and risk assessments.
