In this role you will handle touch‑freight tasks, pre‑inspect trucks, load and verify materials, communicate with dispatch, and ensure compliance with DOT safety procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Perform touch‑freight duties, lifting items over 75 lb.
• Pre‑inspect trucks, load materials, and verify load accuracy.
• Report site hazards to branch management.
• Set up job parameters and ensure safe loading/unloading conditions.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch for timely deliveries.
• Follow DOT safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Class A or B CDL in good standing, and have a minimum of 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience. Preferred experience includes conveyor truck operation, heavy‑equipment handling, and manual transmission trucks, with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and both independently and as part of a team.
