As a Lennox Store Manager, you will provide leadership to a team of committed customer service associates and positively impact the financial performance and operational excellence of your Lennox store. You will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure annual revenue exceeds the designated threshold level. You will be trusted to manage daily store operations and model excellent customer service with direct involvement in day‑to‑day service channels, as appropriate. We will depend on you to provide clear direction to team members by effectively communicating initiatives, priorities, and company strategy.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. At least five years of related experience and the ability to lead others are essential. Strong oral and written communication skills are needed, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lb. Expert knowledge of HVAC systems is strongly preferred, along with strong business acumen to position the store through promotions, customer contacts, outbound calls, and appreciation events.
This salaried exempt role offers a starting salary range of $60,000 to $78,750 annually, with potential adjustments based on geography, skills, education, and experience, and eligibility for an annual bonus. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, a 401(k) plan, short‑term disability, paid birthing and bonding leave, life and long‑term disability insurance. New employees may receive up to 12 days paid time off, two well‑being days, one volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and three floating holidays per year, subject to eligibility and hire date.
