The Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill Lead provides leadership for safety, operations, and continuous improvement within the Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill department.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum qualifications include two years of experience in cold rolling and/or pickle line operations in a sheet mill and five years of experience in manufacturing and/or construction.
