What you would be doing

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely updates on order status and the condition of returned old parts.
- Coordinate shipments based on payment and credit status.
- Issue work orders in Oracle and coordinate with Mechanical Engineering team to generate production and procurement requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the purchasing department to ensure timely material delivery and optimize production processes.
- Compile monthly statistics and summaries.
- Plan daily production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments based on standard working hours and available resources.
- Follow established procedures for newly added materials, working with sourcing and relevant departments to complete system setups and processes.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
