Key activities include outreach and education on Virtual Agents, leading discovery calls, gathering requirements, conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, onboarding new users, and continuously driving high adoption and additional utilization.
Collaboration is essential: you’ll coordinate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to design adoption campaigns, support webinars and events, and measure business impact for cross‑functional stakeholders.
ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Virtual Agent to drive adoption of its new AI‑powered Virtual Agent for Enterprise and Strategic customers. In this individual‑contributor role you will blend product knowledge, business consultation, sales, and technical expertise to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate brings 5–6 years of experience in sales, account management, or solution engineering, with a proven track record of managing enterprise and franchise accounts, qualifying and closing deals, and delivering ROI‑focused demos. Experience with SaaS subscription models, quota‑driven environments, and technical troubleshooting is preferred.
