Description

• Use hand and power tools to assemble building components.
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate construction.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete building assemblies.
• Position building parts according to unit specifications.

Requirements

The Builder role focuses on performing building‑related tasks such as framing, insulation, roof system installation, and trim work. The position requires working as part of a crew to assemble structures safely and efficiently.

• Demonstrate familiarity with hand and power tools (required).
• Welding experience preferred.
• Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred.
• Prior construction, roofing, or sheet‑metal experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shift (5 pm‑3:30 am) and overtime as needed.
