- The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Possess the ability to complete and deliver required work, with minimal supervision in a timely manner
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, sometimes on shortnotice, to support test missions
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- High School Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- Knowledge of weapons systems logistics
- Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions
- Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently
- Capable of working cohesively with Government, Contractor, and Military personnel as a team member or functional lead in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency with computers and data collection software
- Ability to work nights and non-duty hours on relatively short notice
- Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment
- The candidate must also be comfortable/capable of working within close proximity to ammunition/explosives and tactical military equipment that produce low and high frequency noise when in operation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
