As part of a team, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
During the quotation phase, contribute to the preparation of an estimate and the quotation.
Calculating, negotiating and supervising changes.
Supporting the Risk & Claim strategy.
Preparing Forecast/budget information about the projects.
Coordinating supporting processes.
Financial and contractual management during the realization of the projects.
Displaying correct and timely management information to make timely adjustments.
Conduct and take part in regular project reviews - and be able to contribute on key commercial topics, e.g., actual vs forecast on key financial KPIs including overall outlook on revenue, EBIT, cash flow etc..

Certified CPM at Siemens is an added advantage.
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - with advanced Excel skills.
General knowledge and understanding of project controlling, accounting / finance, contract & subcontract management, and supply chain management.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally between departments.
Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics.
Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities.
Exceptional communication skills
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a finance related field
Experience working on project/product teams supporting multiple projects and project managers and/or line managers.
