The Community Manager will guide the property team, oversee daily operations, manage budgets and rent collections, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for residents. - Communicate variances, concerns, and positive impacts to achieve operational goals
- Enforce leasing policies, new lease documentation, and resident recertification
- Greet residents and applicants courteously; address questions, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Inspect property conditions, coordinate maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Investigate complaints, resolve conflicts, and secure the property with safety precautions
- Respond to emergencies, complete required documentation, and uphold fair, ethical practices

Ideal candidates bring high energy, strong financial and administrative expertise, and at least two years of multi‑family leasing management experience.
