Drive the institutional leadership system, elevate excellence & awards participation, and improve global competitiveness indicators to strengthen the Authority’s pioneering position across agencies and sectors.
- Manage Forsan Excellence and Authority participation in local/international awards; ensure data accuracy and submission quality.
- Lead internal/self-assessment against Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) standards; issue feedback reports.
- Liaise with Executive Council – Dubai and international bodies; steward award policies and evaluation timelines.
- Design & govern competitiveness indicators; analyze global reports; coordinate with sectors to lift performance.
- Own excellence roadmaps; close gaps & improvement opportunities; track KPIs and readiness for external evaluations.
- Develop corporate pioneering policies, processes, and awareness programs; manage Internal Excellence Award (Al Namoos).
- Ensure strict Information Security compliance and data-sharing guidelines.
