Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data. Identify and rectify any data discrepancies or errors.
Data Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights into customer data metrics, trends, and patterns to support decision-making processes.
Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures related to customer data laid down by ABB.
Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer data across various systems and platforms, ensuring data consistency and synchronization.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement related to customer data management. Propose and implement solutions to enhance data quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation related to customer data management processes and best practices.
Data Maintenance: Update and maintain customer data records in the database, including customer contact details, addresses, billing information, Credit Limit etc., and other relevant data as per ABB policy.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely customer data updates and resolve any data-related issues.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash process [O2C], covering Customer Master Data management, Cash application, reconciliation, reporting and accounting.
Must be flexible in working for any shift timings.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data.
Proficiency in using database management tools and systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce.
