Support project meetings and collaborate with the team to meet target timelines for deliverables.
Identify, prepare, and establish Bill of Quantities for various trade packages.
Work with stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and to make appropriate adjustments and resolve issues.
Ensure quality deliverables to the client.
Produce monthly cost reports for projects, including tracking budget, contracts, expenses, change management, cash flow, and anticipated costs to complete the project.
Prepare final closeout cost reports for projects.
Support cost assurance processes at various stage of the projects.
Provide cost estimates during change process and advise of cost impact of changes.
Support all activities in bid evaluation by preparing comparison statements and assist in generating technical and commercial evaluation reports.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work, modify estimates and prepare cost change reports.
Organize proposals, specifications and related documents and convert them into cost estimate.
Verify and certify of payment invoices of contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
Prepare various stages of cost plans as per project requirements and available information.
Utilize experience to aid best practice in all processes and procedures.
Rate benchmarking with data bank and built-up from prevailing market rates.
Review project drawings and establish RFI (Request for Information) document.
Liaise with stakeholders and support team by providing appropriate cost information and data.
Generate cost breakdown and establish unit rates for elements.
Quantity take-offs for different types of elements as per International Method of Measurements.
Identify packages and delegate the work to QS and AQS to meet deliverable deadline.

Knowledge of Standard measurement methods like MOT-KSA, CESMM4.
Collaboration with the team and stakeholders with good communication skills.
Client facing with excellent language, report writing, presentation and communication skills.
Experience of quantity surveying, estimation, costing, BOQs, rate analysis etc.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in Pre/Post Contract of Infrastructure Projects (Roadworks, Highways, Structures, Dry and Wet Utilities).
Chartered membership of RICS (MRICS) will be added advantage.
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil preferred.
Knowledge of Standard measurement methods like CESMM, MMHW, NRM 1 & 2, SMM7, POMI, Master & Uniformat.
Ability to complete work on time and on budget within project scope.
Proficient in quantity take-off using CostX, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, OST, Civil 3D.
