  • Track development progress and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery

  • 5+ years of product development/management experience, especially around customer /partner facing products under Sales force environment
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, Cloud or enterprise system implementations.
  • Proficiency in user story writing, acceptance criteria, and product road mapping
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with B2C and/or B2B digital products in web, content, and data platforms
  • 5+ Experience in the solar or clean energy industry
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
  • Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills (structured and data-driven approach)
  • Understanding of technology-business interdependencies in product development
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research with actionable business insights
  • Over 10 years of work experience in Product/project Management, business/system process management, development or operation.
