The Manager – Project Execution is responsible for planning and executing projects within budget, cost, and time constraints while adhering to relevant norms and regulations. The role provides guidance and corrective actions to the team to achieve operational excellence and leads the acquisition of statutory and Right‑of‑Way clearances for project execution.
Key responsibilities include leading statutory clearances such as PLC, Railway, National Highway, State Highway, Forest, PTCC and others required for transmission line construction, and managing Right‑of‑Way clearance with the ground team within the allocated budget. The manager monitors project execution in coordination with the reporting manager to obtain required outputs from EPC contractors, and oversees the planning and inventory of materials to ensure timely project completion.
The position demands travel to project sites and requires strong behavioural competencies—impact and influence, information seeking, initiative, and innovative thinking—as well as functional expertise in financial, operational, people, and strategic domains.
