Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment
Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management
Monitor the quality of concrete work, including formwork, placement, finishing, and curing processes
Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards
Provide clear direction and communication to ensure project objectives are met
Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Lead project teams, including site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Occasional office-based work for planning, meetings, and reporting
Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices
Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to maintain a safe work environment
Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion meets client and company standards
Maintain detailed project documentation, including change orders and RFI logs
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and schedules, tailored to client requirements
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine resource requirements
Monitor progress and resolve issues that may arise, minimizing delays

Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore), and cost estimating tools
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
ACI (American Concrete Institute) Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
5+ years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on concrete projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Primarily on construction sites with exposure to outdoor elements
May require travel to multiple project locations
Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques, materials, and best practices
Proven positive and professional attitude and customer service skills
