Candidates must hold a postgraduate qualification in urban design, planning or a related field and possess at least 15 years of strategic urban planning experience with a portfolio of city‑scale projects. A proven record of thought leadership, deep knowledge of MEA/APAC contexts, expertise in smart‑city and sustainability frameworks, and strong visualization and communication skills are required. The role also involves travel within the Middle East region.
