Perform or oversee all calculations required for design and edit specifications
Coordinate design with disciplines, consultants and clients
Technical mechanical lead for assigned projects from schematic design through construction

Higher technical education in Environmental Engineering (Polish license (uprawniwnia budowalne) will be an additional asset)
Minimum 1-5+ years of professional experience in the preparation of construction and detailed designs (international experience is an additional plus)
Ability to work on various types of cubature projects
Fluency in spoken and written English
Experience in the use of industry-specific software to support design.
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365
