As an Associate Director / Director you will drive growth and strengthen client relationships within our UK Sustainability & Building Physics team globally. The role focuses on work‑winning and business development, client management, and team leadership with resource and financial oversight. You will collaborate across disciplines to design, analyse and deliver sustainability and building physics solutions while shaping strategy and market leadership.
You will lead key workstreams including building physics and parametric modelling, building performance and operational energy optimisation, certification and compliance, health and wellbeing consultancy, net‑zero and whole‑life carbon strategies, and sustainability strategy and governance services. Over time, you will have the opportunity to influence industry direction and assume greater responsibility for market leadership.
The role requires a degree or Master’s in Engineering or Built Environment (or equivalent) and proven experience in sustainability and building physics. Candidates must have a strong track record of winning work, managing client relationships, an extensive client network, and leadership experience in at least one of the six core workstreams. Strong financial, people and resource management skills, as well as excellent communication and influencing abilities, are essential.
