The Site Foreman is responsible for assisting the Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site general works (Formwork, Concrete, Rebar and Reinforcement), ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

Lead workers to carry out basement lean concrete and prepare for formwork / rebar work
Receive and order materials from store.
Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials/equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
Carry out inspection and casting of basement slab/wall/column.
Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
Submit daily allocation sheets.
Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
