TYLin is seeking a dedicated and skilled Rail + Transit Structural Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the structural design of critical transportation facilities and structures, including stations, maintenance facilities and line structures. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that support the region’s transit networks.

Familiarity with industry standards such as AREMA, AASHTO, NYC/NYS Building Code, and MTA design guidelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE or similar) and CAD/BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation).
Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry design.
Experience on MTA C&D/NYCT Projects is required.
5+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on rail and transit projects.
