The Senior Engineer will develop the team through coaching, ensure high‑quality work conforms to RP&IT and Group procedures, actively participate in team management, seek advice on challenging projects, consolidate group experience, promote best practice, stay up‑to‑date with industry developments, serve as the main link between project management and RP&IT, liaise with project teams to clarify scope and schedule, and manage ongoing R&D programmes within forecast schedule and budget.

Liaise with project management to clarify work request motives, agree scope, and meet timelines.
Effectively manage ongoing R&D programmes to meet schedule and budget.
