Perform 3rd-party onsite ISO audits, ISO 27001 / training in line with DNV guidelines, policies and procedures.
Ensure Customer rapport and resolve any customer complaints.
Document and report audit activities and results and resolve the Technical Review (TR) issues if any so that the lead time to customer is optimized.
Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure.
Interact directly with customers at all levels of management in developing timely, complete and accurate reports of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system.
Support efficiency projects such as Travel, Audits / Trainings and non-refundable activities.
Sales activities in ICT sector as a subject matter expert.
Generate leads & opportunities across services, pass on to sales and support Sales Team, if required.
Support Operations Planning & Scheduling by timely communication on dates for delivery of various services.
Prioritize Key Customers and be the Customer Manager for assigned projects and represent DNV professionally for delivery.

Must have done accredited Lead Auditor (LA) course of ISO 9001 and ISO27001. Additional LA courses in ISO 20000, ISO 22301 will be an added advantage.
Ability to speak very well in English, both written and verbal.
Must have the ability to work independently and in teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service skills.
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
Additional qualification in other standards an advantage such as 9001, 14001, 45001 etc.
Maintains appropriate audit credentials and pursues advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed.
Knowledge of legal requirements related to ICT sector.
Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines.
Knowledge of ICT related standards like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301.
Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence.
Willingness to travel and work around Australia and other locations.
Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and on budget.
Minimum 3 years experience in the ICT industry.
Strong work experience in quality, security, service management, business continuity in ICT sector, willing to conduct trainings in these areas.
