What you would be doing
- Assist the architectural team with the preparation of drawings and specifications, and construction administration services.
- Assist in preparing field notes.
- On-site survey, investigation, and documentation of building conditions, including façade, roof, interiors, structural and other mechanical/ fire protection systems.
- Assist architectural or engineering team in preparing technical and investigative reports to support forensics findings and prepare materials related to presentations.
- Review and research applicable building codes, ADA standards, and all other applicable industry standards, etc.
