  • Provide first-class customer service.
  • Direct communication with MD/CEO and staff satisfaction surveys.
  • Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Prepare Hire Contracts, Quotations, and any other necessary correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle and record customer enquiries and source new business.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience as a Hire Controller or similar in the hire industry is a distinct advantage.
