- Has an attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous rec laim experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and their environmental impact.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work with dust/oil .
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects.
- Able to handle and sort different materials .
- Type III EPA Freon Recovery Certification, or similar.
- Able to operate pump down equipment for refrigerant recovery.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing and a ble to train others in the reclaim process.
- Able to use hand and power tools , including metal cutting saws .
