Remain up to date on Fleet/Industrial product and services, and to Performance Learning Plan development plan to ensure job success and career opportunity.
Develop and implement a territory business plan to support Zone Fleet and Industrial growth, by identifying target markets and segments, and developing related strategies.
Develop relationships with distributor personnel and distributor end-user accounts to achieve distributor plan.
Be a mentor and help develop lower-level Commercial Territory Managers
Communicate Fleet/Industrial strategy with Zone Territory Managers and Regional Managers to ensure team approach and mutual success.
Identify and understand industry trends and plans.
Sell, then manage the sales cycle of direct accounts.
With each our distribution, develop business strategy and working plan for new business growth.
