Tasks

-Remain up to date on Fleet/Industrial product and services, and to Performance Learning Plan development plan to ensure job success and career opportunity. -Develop and implement a territory business plan to support Zone Fleet and Industrial growth, by identifying target markets and segments, and developing related strategies. -Develop relationships with distributor personnel and distributor end-user accounts to achieve distributor plan. -Be a mentor and help develop lower-level Commercial Territory Managers -Communicate Fleet/Industrial strategy with Zone Territory Managers and Regional Managers to ensure team approach and mutual success. -Identify and understand industry trends and plans. -Sell, then manage the sales cycle of direct accounts. -With each our distribution, develop business strategy and working plan for new business growth.

What You Bring

-Distribution channel experience is preferred. -6-8 year's sales experience in Commercial Coatings -Understand competition, their offerings (products and services) and develop counter programs. -Travel up to 60% -Business degree or equivalent experience is required
