Deliver clear and concise communications to the project management team.
Ensure that the Company’s QA/QC Procedures are adhered to when performing the work.
Develop and review project estimates, execution plans, monthly reports, and schedules for successful project proposals and project execution.
Review client project requests for proposals and assign appropriate project management resources.
Act as project manager on assigned projects leading a project team in successful execution of the project.
Shall keep informed of current developments in project management.
Promote efficient flow of information and ensure complete and accurate record keeping.
Checking completed projects for proper closeout and communication
Routine review of project portfolio status and health by screening tools and reporting. Provide constructive feedback to the project management team.

Perform complex project cost analyses and monitor results for focused process improvement

A valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence and in good standing is required.
Demonstrate proficiency in compelling efficiency in project management and execution to maximize project value and profit.
Able to fulfill all essential functions of a Senior Project Manager.
Be familiar with major substation and transmission
6 years' experience of related project management experience with specific experience with complex utility project management including engineer/procure/construct (EPC) projects.
Must have good PC skills and experience with Adobe and Microsoft program
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, overtime holidays as needs dictate
Work well as a leader of both project management and engineering personnel.
Demonstrate an understanding of utility project work breakdown structure.
Be familiar with the company’s corporate accounting, project cycle, and reporting standards and participate in process and procedure development
Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle a dynamic, fast-paced workload.
Subject matter expert providing project management leadership and oversight for the regional team of project managers
Must be available for out-of-town travel.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Construction Management from an accredited School or University
Demonstrate an understanding of commercial contract documents and subcontractor management
Prior experience as a Project Manager Supervisor
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrate an understanding of utility substation and transmission engineering and construction workflow.
Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals and application of project scheduling.
