Prepare written proposals and effectively communicate the proposal and scope of work to the customer.
Work with other estimators to share resources (site visits, GC relationships, bid calendar updates)

Experience with Bluebeam or Autodesk products is a plus.
5-10 years HVAC trade design and estimating experience
Experience with Trimble Estimation is a plus.
Knowledge of general construction practices.
Valid Driver's License required to operate company or personal vehicle for company business.
Experience with mechanical, plumbing and gas specification, calculations and sizing.
Must be able to present acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorizations per the Federal I-9 requirement.
Experience in understanding project blueprints, design drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time/cost/equipment/labor/material estimates for projects and services. Ability to visualize and execute on value-engineering of design.
Knowledge of the International mechanical Code, International Building Code, and other codes relevant to HVAC and mechanical design.
