- Partners with internal and vendor personnel on loan level inquiries requiring internal assistance and coordination.
- Monitor and manage delinquent loan and TPO accounts, providing vendor guidance, as needed.
- Manage escalated collection activities, accounts in remediation and customer assistance programs/processes.
- Identify and escalate delinquency trends.
- Complete account level audits and reviews, including call listening, to aid in vendor oversight.
- Drive right party contact improvements.
- Partner directly with vendor counterparts on account settlement requests and additional recovery opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or other related field with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 – 3+ years relevant experience in a Collections environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
