• Lead a skilled, motivated team and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Simplify complex challenges using data-driven decision-making and SMART performance metrics.
• Shape the delivery of high-quality aircraft landing gear services, working with global clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, environmental, and aviation regulatory standards (CAA, FAA, EASA).
• Implement lean principles and digital tools to optimise workflow and operational transparency.
• Drive operational performance, balancing safety, quality, and commercial priorities.

Requirements

Are you an experienced Production Manager?

• Proven leadership experience in an operational or regulated environment.
• Degree, HNC/HND, recognised management qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience in leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of MRO operations, aviation regulations, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of plating or similar manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Experience in budget management, KPI reporting, and driving performance improvement.
