Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in education, business, HR, psychology or a related field and possess strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience in training design and delivery is required, with LMS knowledge a plus, and familiarity with Lean principles or a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting are essential.
