- Ensure that staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work
- Employee Consultative Committee to represent the voice of colleagues
- Leading your front-line team to make sure that the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client
- Create prepare and maintain the enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those on-going on a daily basis
- Manage staff performance in line with our company policies
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Client Account Manager
