The role’s primary purpose is to interact with guests and ensure they have a great experience while dining or meeting at the hotel. Banquet Servers provide friendly, efficient service, attend to guest needs, and create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), prior serving experience, strong oral communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a variable schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
