The incumbent will provide technical leadership and subject‑matter expertise across the LVPC portfolio, which includes HV/LV DC‑DC converters, auxiliary inverters, power distribution and circuit protection, vehicle control, and wireless and embedded electronics. The focus is on delivering system‑level solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring products meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
Key responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary engineering team on high‑complexity programs, developing technology roadmaps aligned with product strategies, approving work packages, and conducting regular design reviews under the PROLaunch framework. The role also requires building strong customer relationships, collaborating with cross‑functional groups such as supply chain, plant, finance and program management, and driving standardization and data‑driven process improvements.
- Lead global LVPC engineering group, providing technical leadership for HV/LV DC‑DC, auxiliary inverters, power distribution, circuit protection, vehicle control, and wireless electronics.
- Drive high‑complexity new product introduction (NPI) and new technology introduction (NTI) programs as Technical Project Leader, meeting schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Develop and execute LVPC technology roadmaps aligned with product strategies; introduce new technologies in partnership with subject‑matter experts.
- Approve work packages, conduct design reviews per PROLaunch framework, and lead technical discussions with customers.
- Collaborate with supply chain, plant, program management, finance and other functions to launch best‑in‑class products.
- Champion process standardization, digital design, DFSS, and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor and develop technical talent, attract and retain leadership across LVPC businesses.
- Build customer intimacy and translate market and regulatory trends into product requirements.

Candidates must hold an electrical or electronics engineering degree with a specialization in power electronics and have at least 15 years of experience in a multinational automotive or e‑mobility environment. Desired experience includes vehicle electrical systems, OEM engagement in North America or Europe, technology roadmap development, stage‑gate product development, and proficiency with relevant software tools. Strong leadership, strategic agility, decision‑making, and communication skills are essential.
