  • Compile and finalize reservations for review and execution by the legal team.
  • Update and manage sales systems and records to support reporting and ensure compliance.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and databases for sales documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the sales team, facilitating seamless coordination of daily operations.
  • Proactively follow up with internal teams to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide support to the sales team by addressing inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
  • Ensure CRM records are consistently updated with accurate sales data and follow-ups.
