Order parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs.
Technical Supervision of the operation, maintenance and repair of all general building facilities e.g. plumbing and sanitary, builders work, structural work, landscaping, pest control, cleaning services, lighting system, furniture, etc, supporting DC daily critical operation to both Keppel and clients.
Develop and keep up to date all site electrical procedures including EOPs, SOPs and MOPs. All documentation should be consistent with current client standards.
Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner.
Respond to emergency calls (24x7 hrs).
Manage and upkeep of all building related licenses.
Specification and recording of the Technician Training certification program and supervision of drill and scenario training aids.
Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend system upgrades.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients.
Produce monthly executive reports to clients.
Work with Site Assistant/Manager providing a yearly comprehensive periodic maintenance regime.
Conduct Annual review of system/component End-of-Life (EOL).
Work with vendors and contractors to ensure their work meets Client standards and authority requirement.
Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.

Adherence to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies within the Data Centre domain.
Qualified Diploma/Degree Level in Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years direct industry experience. Preference is given to data centre, hospital, pharmaceutical production or power plant experience.
Willingness to work outside of normal hours to resolve technical issues in a 24/7 industry
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with the client and with contractors who perform maintenance or upgrade work on the data centre systems.
An excellent understanding and experience of the general facilities management and maintenance regime.
Computer literate with the ability to compile and submit monthly and annual reports, and to monitor and trend operational characteristics (load, capacity, environmental conditions etc).
Strong and committed team player with excellent communication and coaching skills. Previous experience of supervising highly qualified Technicians and reporting to peers and senior managers.
Experience of working within a Project Environment and dealing with design and construction engineering professionals.
