Ability to work 5 days a week in the Kirkland Home Office when required
Experience working at a recruiting agency and recruiting passive candidates desired
Sharp and thorough interview skills and must be proficient in working with all levels of management.
Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Minimum 2+ years of strong recruiting experience, preferable in the multi-family industry
Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and/or independently
Knowledge and experience with Application Tracking Systems and familiarity with social networking
Consistently work with a sense of urgency and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented, well organized
Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills
Experienced in Microsoft products required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Willing and able to learn new software programs
