Hiring a Senior Team Leader – Data and AI Planning to manage and develop RTA’s strategic and operational plans for AI and data science applications, ensuring alignment with RTA’s vision and UAE’s AI strategy. The role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making, overseeing AI initiatives, and embedding AI governance across the organization.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to integrate AI into business operations.
• Develop and monitor AI strategies, roadmaps, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Oversee economic and technical feasibility studies for AI initiatives.
• Evaluate operational impact and benefits of AI deployments, driving continuous improvement.
• Represent RTA at national forums, contributing technical insights into AI advancements.
• Ensure AI and data analytics governance is in line with national frameworks.
• Lead planning and oversight of AI and data science projects, ensuring delivery excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, machine learning, deep learning, big data analytics, cloud technologies, and robotic process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and prioritize complex initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in AI strategy, planning, or governance.
