The Full Time Front Desk role requires clear articulation and strong communication skills to provide information about resort services, activities, and surrounding areas as needed. This position is essential for creating a welcoming experience for guests.
The employee is regularly required to remain stationary for long periods and must be able to lift and move up to 15 pounds. They are frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions such as heat, humidity, rain, and extreme temperatures, and must be able to converse directly and by phone.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge are required.
