Maintain consistent communication of project progress with clients and senior management from start to finish of the project
Preparation and Delivery of Technical Reports
Conduct tasks related to project monitoring, asbestos/lead inspections, indoor air quality (IAQ)/mold assessments, and/or other project assignments as appropriate
Perform air monitoring duties for asbestos abatement activities from inspection to abatement oversight and monitoring
Make employee safety a priority both in-house and on-site, in accordance with corporate policy
Analyze laboratory and engineering data
Promote a positive client experience
Prepare draft reports for review by senior management

Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Periodic out-of-area travel for projects including some stays up to a week
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients other personal and management
Ability to pass a background check for Federal and school facilities
Minimum of at least 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to work at state and governmental facilities
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how Terracon can bring value to the marketplace
Ability to wear a respirator
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness for regional travel for business
Certification as asbestos and/or lead inspector, NIOSH 582 certification, mold certification or IH experience
Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of technical reports
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work
Ability to study and pass various certification programs
High School degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field preferred)
Physical ability to carry equipment up to 35 pounds, climb ladders, get in and out of basements and attic spaces, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work in moldy/dusty environments
