Cost Control: Collaborate with the project management team to manage project budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for various projects using scheduling software (Primavera P6, Tilos, InEight)
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between project stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned with the project schedule and milestones.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, delays, and potential issues to management and other relevant stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules, progress reports, and any changes made throughout the construction process.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and delays, and propose solutions to mitigate these risks. Regularly update schedules to reflect changes and adjustments.
Quality Control: Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress and identify variances from the schedule. Implement corrective actions and adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
