You will request and evaluate supplier quotations, assess capabilities for high‑priority or complex products, and prepare bid comparisons to select qualified suppliers. Negotiating contracts, issuing and managing purchase orders, and monitoring supplier performance are core duties. Additionally, you will resolve non‑conformance claims, ensure compliance with legal and company standards, and recommend procurement technologies to improve efficiency.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with industry certifications such as CPSM or CPIM preferred. A minimum of three years’ manufacturing experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with procurement systems, Microsoft Office, SAP, and MRP/ERP platforms are required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting is essential.
