The Project Coordinator is responsible for independently supporting multiple medium‑complexity projects, delivering end‑to‑end coordination that includes project setup, execution, change management, and close‑out. The role ensures accurate project financials and timely reporting.
In addition to core coordination duties, the Coordinator mentors junior Project Assistants, drives process improvements, and supports digital adoption across the shared‑services model.
- Deliver end‑to‑end project coordination, including setup, execution, change management, and close‑out.
- Manage project financials and produce accurate reports.
- Perform Oracle ERP tasks: project/contract setup, workplans, requisitions, purchase orders, time booking, reforecasting, invoicing assistance, and project close‑out.
- Prepare monthly financial status reports for Project Managers.
- Proactively track risks, actions, and delivery constraints; escalate issues early.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and digital adoption.
- Support onboarding and provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior Project Assistants.
- Upload documents into CLS and participate in Project Controller mentoring/training calls.

- 5–10 years of experience in project coordination, accounting, or support.
- Solid understanding of contracts and contract types.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP project and contract modules, including financial reforecasting, invoicing, cost transfers, write‑downs, and close‑out.
- Knowledge of key financial KPIs and revenue recognition calculations, especially POC in Oracle.
- Experience with CPFF projects (highly desirable).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, with attention to detail.
- Experience in a shared services or offshore delivery model (a plus).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or APM certification (advantageous).
- Associate degree in accounting (recommended).
