- A degree accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Institute of Chartered Engineering Surveyors (ICES)
- Learn how to manage workloads effectively-both your own and in collaboration with others.
- A full UK/EU driving licence and willingness to travel
