Performs engineering inspections of systems operations and of structures and facilities during construction.
Completes and/or reviews various permitting processes.
Reviews engineering workflows to make recommendations for changes in procedures.
Oversee construction management, materials testing and construction inspections for infrastructure projects.
Manage inspectors, multiple sub-consultants, and other support staff.
Support CEI business development efforts in Oklahoma.
Mentor staff on CEI responsibilities and tasks.
Conducts engineering research and provides technical assistance to consulting engineer, contractors, public officials, municipalities and others, as needed.
Develops, prepares and review reports and studies to identify and recommend engineering solutions.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MicroStation, and InRoads/OpenRoads is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Oklahoma or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
Preference is PE with 4 years of experience in this capacity.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program.
