  • Reporting MIS (AC ad, AC bd, Customer complaints, FPY,Q reporting etc.)
  • Drive analysis of deviations related to yield and failure-costs and support in formulating corrective actions with other functions as applicable
  • Maintain documentation & records related to QMS, EMS, OH&S etc.
  • Building network and partnerships, providing guidance as necessary,
  • support to analysis and monitor of field complaints
  • Support & initiate process improvement for preventive corrective measures
  • Ordering, implementing the same and commissioning
  • Periodic meetings for improvement actions
  • Handling routine inspection carried out through Blue-collar workforce
  • Digitalization and programming of equipment for auto-inspection
  • Calibration of internally/externally calibrated instruments
  • maintain calibration up to date using inhouse and external agencies as applicable
  • Plan and conduct product audit & coordinate actions for improvement
  • planning for standard , special instrument, gauges for inspection
  • preparation of Control plan & documentation (authorization and release)
  • Event based process audits (In-house, at supplier)
  • Review of drawings, items, product/process specifications of new products or existing product
  • coordinate PFMEA and actions
  • review of amendment/product changes, suggest changes, identifying risks etc.

  • Process capability study as required during ISIR/event based
  • Training of Blue-collar, personnel inhouse inspection/ inspection-equipment related topics.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001
  • First sample inspection & ISIR preparation , approval
  • Ability to support & initiate, drive process improvement related quality
  • Excellent working knowledge with IT tools (excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of component manufacturing – plastic and metal,
  • Effective involvement and persuasion strategies,
